1. THE LEGAL WARNING AND ITS ACCEPTATION

The present legal warning (hereafter the "Legal Warning") regulates the use of the service of the Internet environment "www.redjuderias.org" (hereafter the "environment").

The use of the environment ascribes the condition of user of the environment (hereafter the "User") and implies the full acceptation, without reserves, of each and every disposition included in this Legal Warning, in the version which is published by www.redjuderias.org at the moment the User gains admittance to the environment.
Therefore, the User must read this present Legal Warning with attention every time he/she decides to use the environment, since the text might be subject to changes.

2. OBJECT

Through the environment, www.redjuderias.org provides the Users with access to, and the use of, several services and contents (hereafter the "Services"), which have been put at their disposal by www.redjuderias.org or third parties.

3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ENVIRONMENT

3.1. Free access and use of the environment

The provision of the Services, on behalf of www.redjuderias.org, is free for the Users. The User undertakes to use the environment and the Services according to the Law and this present Legal Warning.

3.2. Obligation to make proper use of the Contents

The User undertakes to use the contents which have been put at the disposal of the Users in the environment, such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound contents, without this list being of a limiting nature, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereafter the "Contents"), according to the Law and the present Legal Warning, the Particular Conditions of certain Services and other warnings, using regulations and instructions the User has been informed of, as well as according to the moral standards and good habits accepted generally as such, and to public order. The User particularly undertakes to refrain from:

(a) reproducing, copying, distributing, putting at disposal or in any other way communicating publicly, transforming or modifying the Contents, unless having received authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights, or its being permitted by Law.

(b) suppressing, manipulating or in any way changing the "copyright" and other identifying data of the reservation of rights of www.redjuderias.org or its titles, of the digital prints or any other technical means established for its recognition.

The User must refrain from obtaining, or even trying to obtain, the Contents by using any other means or procedures than those which, in every case, have been put at his/her disposal for this purpose, or have been signalled for this purpose at the web page where the Contents can be found, or, generally, are used habitually in Internet for this purpose, unless they do not entail a risk of damaging the environment, the Services and/or the Contents, or rendering them inoperative.

3.3. Introduction of hyperlinks which allow gaining access to the web pages of the environment and to the Services

The Users, and generally all those persons who decide to establish a hyperlink between their web page and the environment (hereafter the "Hyperlink"), must fulfil the following conditions:

(a) the Hyperlink only will permit access to the home page or initial page of the environment, but will not be able to reproduce them in any way;

(b) no frame will be created around the web pages of the environment;

(c) no false, inexact or incorrect statements or indications will be made about www.redjuderias.org, its managers, employees, the web pages of the environment and the Services which are supplied;

(d) it will not be declared nor hinted that www.redjuderias.org has authorized the Hyperlink, nor has supervised or assumed in any way the services offered or put at disposal of the web page where the Hyperlink is established, unless www.redjuderias.org has given a written acknowledgement;

(e) an exception is made with all those signs which are part of the Hyperlink itself; the web page where the Hyperlink is established will not contain any brand mark, commercial name, shop sign, denomination, logo, slogan, or other distinctive signs belonging to www.redjuderias.org; and

(f) the web page where the Hyperlink is established will not contain illicit information or contents, contrary to moral and good habits generally accepted as such, and to public order. They will neither include contents which are contrary to any rights of third parties. The establishment of the Hyperlink does in no case imply the existence of a relationship between www.redjuderias.org and the owner of the web page where it is established, nor does it imply acceptation and/or approbation of the contents or services of this web page by www.redjuderias.org.

4. NO LICENCE

All brand marks, institutional or commercial names, or distinctive signs of any type which appear at the environment are property of www.redjuderias.org or third parties. The use of, or access to, the environment and/or the Services does not give the User any right whatsoever on these brand marks, commercial names and/or distinctive signs.

Also the Contents are intellectual property of www.redjuderias.org or of their authors, so that none of the rights of exploitation which exist or might exist on these Contents, can be considered as being given over to the User, as established in this Legal Warning, beyond the strictly necessary for the correct use of the environment and the Services.

5. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSABILITY

5.1. Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility for the operation of the environment and the Services

5.1.1. Availability and continuity, utility and fallibility

www.redjuderias.org does not guarantee the operation of the environment and the Services. Whenever it is within its reasonable means, www.redjuderias.org will give a previous warning of an interruption of the working order of the environment and the Services. www.redjuderias.org does not guarantee neither the utility of the environment and the Services to carry out any specific activity, nor its infallibility, nor, particularly though not exclusively, that the Users can effectively use the environment and the Services, gain access to the different web pages which compose the environment, or to those from which the Services are supplied.

www.redjuderias.org EXCLUDES, WITHIN THE WHOLE RANGE PERMITTED BY LEGAL ORDER, ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ALL KIND WHICH COULD BE LAID DOWN TO THE LACK OF AVAILABILITY OR CONTINUITY OF THE WORKING ORDER OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE SERVICES, TO THE DEFRAUD OF THE UTILITY THAT THE USERS MAY HAVE ASSUMED THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE SERVICES TO HAVE, TO THE FALLIBILITY OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE SERVICES, AND PARTICULARLY THOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY, TO THE FAILURE TO ACCESS THE DIFFERENT WEB PAGES OF THE ENVIRONMENT OR THOSE FROM WHICH THE SERVICES ARE SUPPLIED.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to use some of the Services, the Users previously have to supply www.redjuderias.org with certain personal data (hereafter the "Personal Data"). www.redjuderias.org will process the Personal Data in an automaticised way for the purposes and under the conditions described under Privacy Policy, www.redjuderias.org has adopted the security levels required by Law for the protection of Personal Data, and will try to install other means and technical measures for added protection. Nevertheless the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

www.redjuderias.org uses cookies when a User navigates through the sites and pages of the web environment. The cookies which may be used at the sites and pages of the web environment are solely associated to the navigator of a determined computer (anonymous User), and do not provide themselves name and surname of the User. Thanks to the cookies, www.redjuderias.org is able to recognize the navigators of the registered Users after they have registered for the first time, so that they do not have to register anew every time in order to access the areas and services exclusively reserved for them. These cookies cannot read the cookie files created by other providers. The User can configure his/her navigator so that a warning of receiving cookies will come up on the screen and to prevent the installation of cookies in his/her hardware. In order to make use of the environment it is not necessary for the User to allow the installation of cookies sent by www.redjuderias.org, but in this case the User will have to register each time anew before gaining access to a service requiring previous registration.

All Notifications from www.redjuderias.org to the User will be considered efficient to all effects when done in one of the following ways:

(a) By post to the residence of the User, in case it has previously been brought to the knowledge of www.redjuderias.org;

(b) By e-mail to any of the addresses the User has or might have as part of any other service that www.redjuderias.org renders to the User;

(c) By phone call to the telephone number of the User, in case it has previously been brought to the knowledge of www.redjuderias.org;

(d) By upcoming messages sent during the rendering of Services to the User by www.redjuderias.org.

In this sense, all Notifications made by www.redjuderias.org to the User will be considered valid if they have been carried out using the data and the above mentioned means. To this purposes, the User declares that all data supplied by him/her are true and correct, and he/she undertakes to inform www.redjuderias.org of all changes regarding the data for notification.

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The present Legal Warning is ruled by the Spanish Law in each and every one of its points.
