www.redjuderias.org/shop reserves the right to change the commercial offer presented at the website (changes on products, prices, promotions and other commercial conditions and services) at any given moment. We would like to remind our customers that the prices of books are regulated by law, and the price of each edition is set by the editorial company. Whenever an editorial company decides to change a price, www.redjuderias.org/shop will have to pass it on to its customers. We specially have to point out that the price of books may suffer a final adjustment at the moment of acquisition due to the variations of the exchange rate occurring in the time between publication of the prizes and moment of acquisition.

This calculation is based on the following variables:

1. Destination country: The destination of the order will affect the price according to the rates of the courier companies and post offices with which we work with.

2. 2- Means of delivery: Each of the following delivery options which we offer have different costs and terms. The terms listed here below express only the transport time, not the time it will take to process the order. The terms of delivery may vary due to extraordinary incidents at the courier company or to difficulties at delivering the merchandise.

By courier:

• National: MRW, between 24 and 48 hours.
• International: DHL or UPS, between 3 and 8 days.

By registered post:

• · National: postal packet up to 500 gram: the postman will deliver it at home. Any packet weighing more than 500 gram has to be collected at the local post office. It could take between 10 and 15 days.
• International: registered, between 15 and 90 days.
• · Claim of orders which have not been delivered: once we inform you that your order has been dispatched, if you do not receive it within the time indicated above, please contact us so that we may claim it at the courier company. With delivery by registered post, Correos de España reserves up to 3 months (international) and 1 month (national) to answer claims. Once we have obtained an answer to the claim, we will immediately contact you.
• Total weight of the order: The total weight of the order is the sum of the weights of each item plus the packaging.

The delivery to the address of the customer depends on the availability of the chosen product and the delivery point.

While purchasing online the delivery fees are calculated automatically at the same time, so that you can always see the total amount of your purchase. Notwithstanding this, you will find the fees for national delivery listed here below:

• By post: registered, cash on delivery parcels up to 2 kilo within Spain: 5 €. Heavier parcels cost 5 € plus 2 € for each additional kilo or fraction of it.
• · By courier: You will get your order within 24 hours since the moment www.redjuderias.org/shop has handed it over to the courier. Within the Peninsula, parcels up to 5 kilo cost 6 €. Heavier parcels cost 6 € plus 6 € for each additional 5 kilo or fraction of it. The cost for delivery to the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 6 € for parcels up to 2 kilo, and for heavier parcels 6 € for each additional 2 kilo or fraction of it.

For cash on delivery you have to add another 2,50 € to the above mentioned fees.

As to international delivery, you will be informed of the fees the moment you make your purchase.

Other considerations:

www.redjuderias.org/shop will not assume the fees arising from taxes and customs duty for deliveries to countries not belonging to the European Union. In the case of international cash on delivery, www.redjuderias.org/shop will not assume the supplement which some local post offices in the country of destination may charge.

Stock of books is limited and their figuring on the website does not imply immediate availability. In case an ordered book is not available, www.redjuderias.org/shop will contact you to inform you about the delay in the dispatch of your order.

www.redjuderias.org/shop cannot guarantee the availability nor the terms of delivery of the products offered on its website except those products which are specifically marked with a certain kind of guarantee. The catalogue on display depends on the editorial companies of the advertised books, since they do not inform beforehand on availability nor terms of delivery of the books they publish.

This situation makes it impossible for www.redjuderias.org/shop to inform the customers with total accuracy on availability, or guarantee a certain date of delivery, since that depends on the time the editorial company takes to supply the product.

www.redjuderias.org/shop guarantees its customers the right to cancel their order at any given moment and at no cost, as long as the cancellation is made before the order has been put into the care of the courier company.

The customer can dissolve the contract and return the purchase within seven days after receiving it. Within this time the customer has to inform www.redjuderias.org/shop through any means which are legally accepted of his/her wish to exert the right to dissolve the contract. In these cases, www.redjuderias.org/shop will refund the amount of the order through a bank transfer to an account given by the customer, money order, or through a refund to his/her personal account.

If a book is returned because it is damaged or has other faults, www.redjuderias.org/shop will pay the cost of the exchange.

The customer may return any article acquired at the website of www.redjuderias.org/shop as long as it has not been opened nor used and still has the original seal or packaging. In these cases, www.redjuderias.org/shop will refund the amount of the order through a refund to the credit card, a bank transfer to an account given by the customer, or through a refund to his/her personal account.

If by mistake the client should receive a product which is different from the one he/she ordered, the right product will be delivered without any additional cost.
